It certainly
is an honor to write about how Christopher's techniques have
changed my life. When I first started using Christopher's system I
was a size 12 and totally out of shape. My energy level was low
and so was my level of concentration. We started our training
routine, meeting 3 times a week, and gradually incorporated
dietary changes. After a few weeks I
noticed a difference in all aspects of my daily life. I felt
younger, had a great deal more energy and stamina AND most

I read an article in a magazine recently
about Christopher Guerriero and his book Maximize Your Metabolism.
The article made some hefty promises - which I had troubles
believing until I actually tried the program.
After following the parts that the magazine detailed, I lost
almost 12 pounds, but even better I felt like I was 10 years
younger (I'm 45) with energy to spare, waking up refreshed, full
of energy and mentally prepared for the day - all this just
because I made a couple of simple changes in my lifestyle.
I thought if I could get results like that just from an excerpt
from a magazine, I should at least buy the book and try the full
program...
...after only 10 more days I lost another 5 pounds (that was the
last 5 pounds that I had been trying to lose for over 3 years)!
Now it's now been over 2 years and I've kept it all off - but I'm
back to buy another copy of this book for a friend in my book club

I ordered this book after hearing the author
speak on a radio interview in my area. He sounded different than
all the rest of the self-proclaimed experts out there so I thought
I'd give his book a try. I found it very different - and the
results I got were amazing. He focused on 12 different techniques
(not just diet and exercise) that helped me reach 137 pounds,
after being over 200 pound for more than 3 years!
His mental exercises kept me motivated and on taget the whole
time.
I recommend this book to anyone who is fed up with all the scams
and ready to get all the results they really deserve.

This guy doesn't hold back anything. He tells it like it is and
that's exactly what I needed.
I
got great results from this book and the funny thing is...I
reached my goal (to drop 30 pound) without even using the one
chapter on diet. I used all the other chapters except the one on
diet, since I was already happy with the diet I was currently
following. But the other chapters really made it all come
together.
What I loved about this book is that it's not just
another diet book - in fact I'm living proof that you don't even
have to do the diet part of it to reach your goals.

I just met this author at a celebrity book signing that he was
doing in LA. He was not only a great guy, but he absolutely
"looks the part". Most of the health & fitness
guru's or diet experts I've met over the years look relatively out
of shape...to put it nicely - but this guy looks great, has tons
of energy, and his advice is very helpful.
I
took his book home, read it cover to cover in 2 days, implemented
what he advises in the book, and have since used his techniques
with my own personal clients (I'm a certified personal trainer in
NY). My clients are reaching their goals and they thank me, when
in all honesty, they should be thanking my 'teacher' - the author
of this book - Christopher Guerriero.
This book is a treasure of secrets that personal trainers

happen, but it gives simple easy to do tasks to make dramatic

This was a very enjoyable read. After I was done, I felt very

I've already written the author about this but I wanted to share

I
have been trying to lose the last 23 pounds ever since I had my
last child, with no success. I should mention that I'm an avid
reader of both health, and self-help books - but non of them put
it in such a clear and easy to follow format as this author did.
I've

This book is great! I'm 54 years old, and before this I thought
my metabolism was destined to decline more and more each year, as
it had for the past 20 years. But all that has stopped, and I can
actually feel my metabolism increasing. My body is burning body

book. I've been looking for a step by step process that shows how
to lose weight. I lost 23 lbs in 25 days by reading and following
the advise in Maximize Your Metabolism. Anybody can follow it and
lose weight.
I'm
sleeping better, my work day is more productive, and I am more

It's another Monday and I'm sitting in my home office looking at my
goal board (the goal board technique is described in detail in Christopher's coaching programs) writing down my top 5 goals for
the day.
My first goal is to write Christopher another thank you letter, updating him on my new success.
You see, the last few weeks have been very difficult for me, I had
a death in the family, my car broke down, and I gained 3 pounds back.
My goal board was the only thing that saved me. It keeps me
totally focused and motivated day in and day out, no matter what.

Dear Emily,
I enjoyed Christopher's teleseminar tremendously-
1) I was able to actually hear his own voice in a live seminar
with questions afterward.
2) His 17 techniques to look and feel 10 years younger were easily
understood, clear and concise - an can be easily followed.
3) I bought "Maximize Your Metabolism" last year -
committed to 30 days along with my husband. I lost my goal of 18
lbs and my husband lost 30 lbs!!
4) Since that time, I have felt in control of my weight for the
first time in my life.
5) I follow his rules for eating - but if there's a special event,
wedding, birthday, vacation, gathering of some sort, and I have to
eat a little differently - I am confident that I won't totally
binge for days because I "failed" and ruin all that I
have worked for. Instead, I just continue to eat normally
following his guidelines and I'm back within a day to one week
(depending if I'm on vacation)
6) Eating has always been a problem - I am 54 years old and at the
age of 16 started bingeing and purging till about 35 years old
when I sought professional help in that area. However, I did

I am 24, female and I live in Australia. Approx 6 months ago I was
a totally different person to the person I am today. I was
overweight, depressed and on 3 different antidepressants, I quit my job
and was unemployed, smoking pot and cigarettes. I ate junk food
all day every day. My usual day would consist of waking up laying
in bed till about 9am, eating toast with butter and cheese having
coke with my breakfast, then I would graze on junk food all day
and night while I laid on the lounge.
A lot of this behavior had to do
with my depression. I came to a point where I had all these
clothes but could only fit into 2 pairs of my pants and a few
tops, but mainly wore big baggy t-shirts. I was so desperate to
pull myself out of this, I knew deep down this wasn't me, the
medication made me even more lethargic as well, and also made me
retain a lot of fluid so I looked extremely bloated all the
time.
I went searching on the net one day
just for something to pull me out of this black hole. I started
researching depression and a lot of information came up on how
exercise helps with depression, my initial thought was "yeah
right most people who are depressed barely have the motivation to
shower and dress themselves for the day" How was I going to
start exercising?
I started surfing the web on how to
motivate yourself etc etc there was sooo much information out
there. Then I came across Chris's website - and bought his audio
and book. I just started reading and reading, and I don't know
exactly what is was but I just started off by cutting the junk
food out, I did this for a bit and I started seeing some results,
so I then thought if I exercised as well I would lose even more,
it just seems as soon as I started the ball rolling along with the
help of Chris's program everything just started to change.
I started exercising, eating right,
and to date I am now 30lbs
lighter, lost 2 dress sizes, lost over 6% body fat, off all my
antidepressants, I have a full time job as an Administration
Manager, I have given up smoking drugs, and cut down from smoking
two to three packs of cigarettes a week to one pack a month,
so nearly given up on them to.
All my family, and my partner
cannot believe the change, and if you think it is to good to be
true, I can have testimonials from my psychiatrist, family,
friends and work colleagues.

so easy but as everyone has I had my tough moments, and times when
I thought I couldn't make it or just wanted to give up, I have had
